Do you take a cut of WhatsApp messaging fees?

No. Meta charges you directly per conversation at their published rate. SendyStack's plans price the platform — broadcasts, automations, the assistant, analytics — not the per-message cost.

What does it take to switch from another provider?

Most teams are live within an afternoon. CSV-import your contacts, point your Meta WABA at SendyStack via Embedded Signup, re-submit your templates (we draft them from your existing copy), and you're sending. We help at no extra cost for paid plans.

Will the AI ever train on my workspace data?

Never. The assistant runs per-conversation and is tenant-scoped — it can only ever read or act on the signed-in workspace's data, and Gemini API calls have training opted out by default at the platform level.

Where is data stored?

On Google Cloud Firestore + GCS, multi-region. PII is encrypted at rest with workspace-specific KMS keys. You can request export or hard-delete from Settings → Data at any time.
