Refund Policy

How subscription refunds, prorations and billing credits are reviewed.

01Overview

This Refund Policy explains when SendyStack may issue refunds, prorations or service credits for subscription fees. Third-party charges such as WhatsApp conversation fees, payment processor fees and taxes may be governed by the relevant provider.

02First payments and billing errors

  • If you were charged because of a clear billing or checkout error, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the affected charge in full.
  • Promotional credits are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

03Subscription cancellations

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, paid subscription periods are non-refundable after the billing period begins.

For annual plans, we may offer a prorated account credit for future service at our discretion when a workspace downgrades or cancels early.

04Service credits

Business-plan service credits, uptime remedies and support commitments are handled according to the applicable order form, service level agreement, or master services agreement.

05Charges we cannot refund

  • Meta WhatsApp conversation charges billed directly by Meta or passed through by a provider.
  • Bank, card, PayPal or M-Pesa processing fees that cannot be recovered.
  • Taxes, duties or currency conversion fees unless required by law.
  • Usage caused by compromised credentials where the compromise was outside SendyStack's control.

06How to request a refund

Email billing@sendystack.com with your workspace name, billing email, invoice number and a short explanation. We review requests within 5 business days.
