Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using SendyStack products, websites, dashboards, APIs and integrations.

01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to SendyStack websites, dashboards, APIs, documentation, templates, automations, integrations and related services. By creating an account, connecting a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

If you use SendyStack for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

02Accounts and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the activity that occurs in your workspace and the security of credentials, API keys, connected Meta assets and payment-provider credentials.

  • Use strong authentication and restrict access to people who need it.
  • Keep API keys server-side and rotate credentials if you suspect exposure.
  • Notify SendyStack promptly if you discover unauthorized workspace activity.

03Acceptable use

You may not use SendyStack to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, malicious or unsolicited communications. You must only message recipients where you have appropriate consent or another lawful basis.

  • Do not attempt to bypass Meta, WhatsApp, payment or platform restrictions.
  • Do not upload malware, scrape the service or interfere with platform reliability.
  • Do not sell prohibited goods or services through WhatsApp using SendyStack.

04WhatsApp and third-party services

SendyStack integrates with third-party services including Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal and M-Pesa Daraja. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them when you connect and use those services through SendyStack.

Meta may approve, reject, throttle or disable WhatsApp Business assets independently of SendyStack. We surface available status and error information, but we do not control Meta's final policy decisions.

05Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in an executed order form. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

  1. You can cancel future renewals from billing settings or by contacting support.
  2. WhatsApp conversation charges, taxes and third-party processor fees may be separate.
  3. Refunds and credits are handled under the Refund Policy.

06Customer content and data

You retain ownership of customer content you submit to SendyStack, including contacts, messages, templates, campaign data and integration records. You grant SendyStack the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure and support that content.

SendyStack does not sell customer content. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.

07Service availability and changes

We work to keep SendyStack reliable, but no service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. We may update, suspend or modify parts of the service to improve security, comply with law, address third-party platform changes or ship product improvements.

Business-plan service levels, if any, are governed by the applicable order form or written agreement.

08Disclaimers and liability

SendyStack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where a written agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendyStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

09Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a workspace violates these terms, creates security risk, causes platform abuse, fails to pay undisputed fees or is required to be restricted by law or third-party platform policy.

You may stop using SendyStack at any time. Data export and deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
