This Privacy Policy explains how SendyStack collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you visit our site, create a workspace, connect integrations, send WhatsApp messages or use our APIs.

We collect information you provide, information generated by product use and limited technical information.

  • Account details such as name, email, workspace name, role and billing information.
  • Workspace content such as contacts, messages, templates, campaigns, schedules and integration records.
  • Technical data such as device, browser, IP address, log events and security telemetry.
  • Payment and subscription state from processors such as Stripe, PayPal or M-Pesa.

We use information to operate, secure and improve SendyStack.

  • Provide dashboards, APIs, automations, messaging, support and billing.
  • Send WhatsApp messages, webhooks and integration updates at your instruction.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate incidents and enforce platform policies.
  • Analyze reliability, usage and product performance.
  • Communicate about account, security, billing and product updates.

04How we share information

We share information only where needed to provide the service, comply with law or protect users and the platform.

  • With infrastructure, analytics, support and communication processors under contract.
  • With connected services such as Meta, WooCommerce and payment processors at your instruction.
  • With authorities where legally required or necessary to prevent harm.
  • During a merger, acquisition or financing, subject to appropriate safeguards.

05Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, monitoring and tenant boundaries.

No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a security incident affecting your data, we will notify affected customers as required by law and contract.

06Retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and maintain security. You can request export or deletion by contacting support.

07Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to certain processing.

08International transfers

SendyStack serves global customers and may process information in countries other than where you or your customers are located. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
